Close your eyes and check in with how you are doing.
Notice if some part of you feels tight or tense.
Then as you exhale, gently release some of that tension.
Exhaling, releasing tension.
Now sit comfortably and invite something beautiful to come to mind.
Just wait and allow something you find beautiful to show up.
Focus your attention on that beautiful thing.
Let your attention be drawn to some part of you that feels good.
Notice how it feels.
As you inhale, gently bringing in more of that good feeling.
Inhaling that good feeling.
Now invite a different beautiful thing to come to mind.
Just wait and allow something else you find beautiful to show up.
Focus your attention on that beautiful thing.
Notice how you feel.
As you inhale, gently bringing in more of that feeling.
